Succeeding in Network Marketing requires doing what you do when ever your go shopping. When you're looking for apples what do you do? You compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges. Ask when someone tells you something how great his or her opportunity is - "How do you know that’s true?" Do you own homework, based on facts and a tested and proven track record.

When you have done your own due-diligence, also look for guarantees. They should be clear, succinct, understandable, to the point, and in writing. Consider the risks involved from a financial and a time investment perspective. There will be pros and cons involved. Weigh them out. Then take a look form the inside out.

Go in expecting and intending to succeed, not just to give it a try. Plan to succeed! Work your plan consistently as if your future actually depends upon it. Because it does! You can only get out of it what you put into it. As you train others, or point them in the direction to do the same you'll see the exponential benefits of reproductive residual income. It's an honorable and a worthy way to make a living. You will be blessed, and in turn - a blessing to others. What a way to make a living!

I have enjoyed previous successful traditional self-employed Business experience.

I learned early on that it required 100% of my time money and effort 100% of the time. Like most other successful Business Owners, I considered leveraging my personal time with the possibilities of hiring others. I found that the risks and personal liabilities I would face - were higher than I was willing to take on for that luxury. This was after I realized that others I would employ; did not have my personal (or my company’s) best interest in mind, to the same degree as I did. I discovered that when others were employed, overall "quality control" was also greatly compromised. So, I decided I would assume all responsibility and be better off, but that meant I was a slave to my own business. However, the lower risk factor was well worth it to me.

I had heard about the concept of leveraging the time and experience of others as well as my own, to create a reproductive residual income for myself. This intrigued me, so I became a student of the Network Marketing Industry. I decided in view of the fact that I was responsible for my own income as I was already accustomed to; why not capitalize on the efforts of others I was responsible for referring to a business venture that would enable them to take more control of their financial future as well? I believed it was only fair that I would receive some sort of commission for the referrals I introduced to the company that decided to join a particular Business, or purchase products from a particular company.

I found the notion that a system was in place that would reward me for referring others, very attractive. It seemed logical because I was the one responsible for that Company to gain retail revenues, as well as independent business representatives. I saw it as a much greater and more lucrative version of a traditional business perk commonly known as "profit sharing."

I don't promote and Network Marketing or MLM Business per se. What I do is this... I promote myself as "a person who is committed to being part of another person's solution" as opposed to part of their existing predicament. In other words I help people identify solutions for what ails "them" in order for "them" to accomplish what it is that is most important to them, based on their personal wants and needs.

I choose to promote "myself first" instead of any particular Company, Opportunity, Product, or Service. The service I offer is to help others learn how to help themselves, and achieve what ever lifestyle they want for themselves for their reasons.

That said; today I am still with the Company that enabled me to retire my Contracting Business too. I love the products and I love the results. They literally changed my life physically. That was exactly what I needed then and today I realize that we all have different wants and needs.

My greatest joy is seeing the lives of others transformed in a way that they can afford to experience greater joy for themselves. You see to me; it is far more important that others find and/or build the business that they can be passionate about; than to try to coerce someone into joining something that may not be the best fit for him or her.

Leaders Club and I work together and have been training those looking for the right Business fit for them, those that are already in a business (regardless of the Business they're already in), and those wanting a Career as Network Marketing Business Consultants the fundamental principles required to build a profitable home based Business, and how to guarantee their Business growth and profits, regardless of the Business they have chosen to build.

The most exciting thing I have experienced in my own Network Marketing Career is that I get to Minister to the needs of others, where ever they are in their life currently. People want to know that you care about them, and also what they care about. They want to know that you will never abandon them or leave them hanging - not knowing what to do next as they begin their own journey into Network Marketing.

It is also exciting when those I work with realize that in essence, Leaders Club and I are actually a Team ready to join them on their path to success! I can go on; however what excites me isn't nearly as important as what excites you, once you have had the chance to look at how I and Leaders Club are committed to your personal success; from the inside out.

I have been proactively building my Network Marketing business since 2000. I found that others can also experience the essence of building a successful future in the Network Marketing Industry.

That said; it takes being fully equipped, educated, and motivated to secure your own successful future in the Network Marketing Industry just like it does in any Traditional Business. Then applying what you learn is where you see your business come to fruition.

My first experience in Network marketing was in the mid 70's. I had early success, yet the way business was conducted really ran against the grain of my Business ethics. I had a marked conflict when it came to my personal beliefs in the areas related to a couple of things.

First - How to look for customers and what to and not to tell them.
Second - How to recruit those that would be open to an additional stream of income.

I took a second look in 2000, and in a very short time I was able to retire my traditional contracting business. I have never regretted or looked back and been tempted to return to my contracting, since experiencing the personal independence and freedom that Network Marketing has availed to me; sooner than I had ever anticipated.

Network Marketing is the vehicle that provides me with what it takes to succeed without the traditional risks, liabilities, overhead, and unnecessary insurances, I had to deal with as a traditional small business owner.

The Network Marketing Business Model encouraged me to make a plan, as well as work the plan. Network Marketing is what I was looking for because it rewards those that work the plan. It was what I was already accustomed to as far as consistently investing my time, effort, and money; and as if my future actually depended upon it. That was simply because it does! You get out of it what you put into it, and often mush more.

As you train others, or point them in the direction to do the same - you'll see the exponential benefits of reproductive residual income. It's an honorable and a worthy way to make a living. You will be blessed, and in turn a blessing to others.

What a way to make a living!

Personal relationships as well as Network Marketing relationships turn into win-win scenarios when you relate to others by seeing things from their perspective. Then stick to what it is they are looking to achieve, and let them see clearly what's in it for them. This is the only way to legitimately earn the trust of another person. There's no room for any guess work and people appreciate it when they know you care about their best interest.

When you have spent the time to identify if you have something that fits what someone else is seeking and you can point them to the appropriate resources to find their answers; you both benefit. Then they can make an informed decision whether it's evaluating a Business Opportunity, or if it's learning how to guarantee their success in the business they're already in.

Too many people have never truly contemplated what it is that will help them accomplish, fix, or avoid, what is ailing them, or keeping them from experiencing a better lifestyle. They just don't know how to, and they don't know what their options are. I choose to take the time to listen and to help people identify what they qualify for that’s available for them to choose from to start changing their life for the better.

If they're willing to share those things with me; I'm willing to point them to options that they can choose from that will make perfect sense to them. Things that are logical and safe from their perspective based on their own wants and needs. Not mine or anyone else's.

How would that make you feel? Knowing that you had, or that you can have a part in that? Take a moment and think about that... They WIN and you WIN, because you both get rewarded; personally and financially.

You'll soon realize that as you took genuine interest in someone else by pointing them to what "did fit" for them, you have established a fruitful and personally rewarding relationship. You will be personally humbled as you realize that you were actually instrumental, and what a privilege it is; to truly minister to someone else's needs, practically and realistically.

My success philosophy is simple. Treat others just as you would like to be treated. Never take anyone for granted, and never pre-judge anyone. Look out for the best interest of others and even esteem others more than yourself. This will never let you or others down.

You will error at times in wanting it more than others do themselves. However, choose to always error on the side of Grace; and never on the side of Pre-Judging another person.

If more Network Marketers would do this we'd have more people changing their own lives for the better!

We have what I refer to as a Proven Profit System (PPS). It is based on the concept of leverage. It enables those we work with to "learn to earn," through leveraging. As well as "earn while they learn." My associates may leverage myself as a Certified Business Success Coach, as well as Personal Mentoring provided through Leaders Club, to build a greater Marketing Budget necessary to earn a greater income in a shorter period of time, for their own Business growth.

This PPS also helps those that promote other or multiple Businesses to elevate their own Business growth and profit margins to a higher level than ever before. This Proven Profit System operates without interfering with building one's primary business. It is simple and entirely duplicatable.

A propensity to delay making any informed decision regarding your own business as quickly as possible, poses a great challenge and also a threat to your own Network Marketing success. Many people continue to make uneducated decisions every day, and because of that, they loose hope and faith.

People lose faith in them selves, and sometimes in others too. Unfortunately most people blame themselves as if they deserved the challenges that come. That is not always the case and in fact, is rarely the case.

Mistakes happen! So don’t fear making mistakes. However let’s agree not to make the same ones over and over again! Taking on a realistically optimistic attitude is the first step in avoiding even the most common challenges that derail so many others.

Here are 4 Keys to success that will allow anyone that masters them to Avoid MLM Failure in their own Network Maketing Business.

First - Knowing how to invest properly and always within (not beyond) your budget. This allows you to invest as you grow by using your profits as opposed to continually digging into your pockets.

Second - Knowing the difference between effective action and busy work, and how to track that you are taking consistent effective action on a daily basis. This removes all guess work, and enables you to set and reach realistic goals in a timely manner.

Third - Knowing how to identify your target market as it applies to both your potential customer base and your potential business partners. As well as how to find those that would most likely be interested in your product, service, or Business Opportunity. Not wasting your time with those that are not.

Fourth - Knowing your own personal skill level, and recognizing that skills always require developing and maintaining. In the real world, practice makes improvement, not perfection. We can always improve as time goes on.

Those 4 keys as well as knowing what to and not to track, regarding the daily actions and weekly progress will indicate what is working and what is not. Tracking provides written documentation of what it takes for you to achieve the results you want week after week. Tracking is something that you can teach others to do and it will reveal the same things to them about their results as well as identifying where adjustments need to be made to insure better results week after week.

Without these keys to success you cannot possible predict or set realistic goals based on your own skills and averages. Once those have been identified, you have a map to work with.

The choice is yours... You can have a "key chain" with the 4 most important keys used on a daily basis! Or... You will end up with a "ball and chain" that keep you a prisoner of MLM Failure!

My long-term goals relate to what will happen after I am gone. I intend to continue to do my very best while I'm still here. I believe that God has called me to do my part first in ridding the Network Marketing Industry of the terrible black eye it has earned itself.

I may not see it actually happen in my lifetime. However, I will make a difference and I am affecting 1,000's of others that share in this concept. Those are the ones that I am setting the example for, and walking the talk for.

As more and more people experience the peace that comes over you when you have actually ministered to the needs of others; without thinking of your self first - this Industry will start to fill with those that will start to remove the proverbial black eye. They will join me in exclaiming "What a way to make a Living!"

You see friends, today I'm at peace. Peace with myself, my loved ones, and Peace with my God! That's enabled me to experience the Peace of God in my life. I still have a lot of work to do in sharing the truth. And as I continue to do that for as long as I have breath - the TRUTH will continue to set people FREE!

I intend to leave a Legacy behind that will go on for generations to come. Teaching others how to love and treat others - just as they would want to be treated. That in itself will keep my business growing consistently as it always has, even well after I am gone. Now that's long-term!
